摘　　要：校园廉洁文化建设是一项崇高的事业,它不仅关系到立德树人的教育目标,也与国家廉政建设息息相关。大学生是国家建设的接班人,对其加强廉洁教育意义重大。学校干部是国家公职人员,反腐倡廉也是其本分。校园廉洁问题可以从道德、纪律、法制三个视角解读,不同的治理手段功效不一。廉洁文化建设有必要"虚""实"结合,在廉洁宣传教育方面,一方面要创新宣传形式,使之符合校园文化的特点,另一方面也要注重宣传的实效,展示违法违纪的严重后果,让廉洁入心。同时,校园廉洁文化建设应将道德提升与刑罚威慑并举,彼此结合,相互补充。更为重要的是,大学也是廉洁建设的示范之地,其自身廉洁程度和反腐倡廉的制度成果,将成为校园廉洁文化建设的最佳教材。The campus integrity culture construction is a lofty career.It is not only related to the educational goals of moral educating for people,but also closely related to the construction of national integrity.College students are successors to the nation's construction,and it is of great significance in strengthening the integrity education for these students.School cadres are the public officials of the state,and anti-corruption is also their duty.The problem of campus integrity can be interpreted from three perspectives:morality,discipline,and legal system.Different governance methods have different effects.For constructing a clean and honest culture,it is necessary to combine the"virtual"and"real"together.In terms of honesty and publicity propaganda education,on the one hand,we must innovate the form of propaganda to make it conform to the characteristics of campus culture,while on the other hand,we must pay attention to the effectiveness of propaganda and show the serious consequences of violation of law and discipline.At the same time,the construction of a clean culture in the campus should be based on the combination of moral improvement and punishment deterrence,which shall also be complementary to each other.More importantly,the university is also a model for clean and honest construction.Its own integrity and anti-corruption system achievements will become the best teaching materials for the construction of clean culture in the campus.
