高职院校工程实训安全管理存在问题及对策

摘　　要：通过深入分析工程实训安全管理方面产生的问题及根源,提出研究对策。为加强实训基地工程实训企业过程化管理,使实训基地的应有功效得以充分发挥,以期为工程实训基地建设和管理提供依据。它能够积极推进工程实训安全管理目标与制度建设,确保高职院校能够创建一个安全和谐的教学实训环境,提高安全意识和安全素质,保障全体教师学生的人身财产的安全不受损失。Through analyzing the problems and root causes of engineering training safety management,it puts forward countermeasures.It gives full play to the role of training base in order to provide basis for the construction and management of engineering training base.It can promote the goal of safety management of engineering training and system construction,ensure higher vocational colleges can create a safe and harmonious training environment,and improve safety awareness and safety qualities,so as to guarantee the personal property safety of teachers and students.
