《楚辞》隐喻翻译的认知语用分析

摘　　要：隐喻是《楚辞》写作的诗学机制,隐喻翻译直接关乎目的语读者对《楚辞》内涵的理解与领悟。隐喻翻译应兼顾隐喻目的,以传递诗人的忧患意识和爱国情怀为旨归。以认知语言学和语用学为观照,在达成所指目的时可以采用等喻或者换喻的方法,在达成语用目的时,可以采用转换意义、省略喻体的翻译方法。恰当的隐喻翻译,有助于塑造诗人爱国求索的形象,有利于目的语读者领会诗人笔下深刻的内涵,也有利于传播中国传统文化。Metaphor is the poetic mechanism of The Songs of the South,and metaphor translation is directly related to the target reader’s understanding and comprehension.Metaphor translation should take into account the function of metaphor in conveying the poet’s patriotism and awareness of potential dangers.Based on cognitive linguistics and pragmatics,ways of translating metaphors are discussed in The Songs of the South.Since metaphor and metonymy can achieve the target of referential purpose,meaning shift of ellipsis of metaphor can arrive at the auther’s pragmatic purpose.Proper metaphor translation helps shape the image of the poet’s patriotic pursuit,and helps the target reader understand the profound meaning of the poetry,and it is also conducive to the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture.
