摘　　要：职业教育是国家高等教育的重要组成部分,近年来得到高速发展。但职业院校图书馆却发展迟缓,原因之一是对图书馆人力资源建设重视不够。本文分析了职业院校图书馆发展滞后的原因,并结合职业院校人才培养目标的要求,从人力资源建设角度提出了职业院校图书馆发展策略。Vocational education is an important part of national higher education,which has developed rapidly in recent years.However,the development of libraries in vocational colleges is slow.One of the main reasons is that they do not attach enough importance to the construction of human resources in libraries.This paper analyses the reasons for the lagging development of libraries in vocational colleges,and puts forward the development strategies of libraries in vocational colleges from the perspective of human resources construction.
