摘  要:目的:观察脑瘫康复机器人语音识别系统的临床应用效果。方法:收治脑瘫患儿16例,采用脑瘫康复机器人语音识别系统进行训练。结果:患儿第1次识图平均耗时8.8 s,正确率37.5%;第2次识图平均耗时8 s,正确率37.5%;第3次识图平均耗时7.8 s,正确率100.0%;第4次识图平均耗时7.7 s,正确率100.0%;第5次均正确,平均耗时7 s,随着识图次数的增加用时逐步减少,正确率也明显提高。结论:脑瘫康复机器人语音识别系统可以明显提高患儿的正确识图能力,提高患儿治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of speech recognition system for cerebral palsy rehabilitation robot.Methods:16children with cerebral palsy were selected,they were trained by speech recognition system of cerebral palsy rehabilitation robot.Results:The average time spent in first pictures was8.8s,and the accuracy rate was37.5%,the average time consumed by the second recognition was8seconds,the correct rate was37.5%,the average time consumed by the third recognition was7.8seconds,the correct rate was100.0%,the average time consumed by the fourth recognition was7.7seconds,and the correct rate was100.0%,the fifth time was all correct,with an average time of7s,with the increase of the number of identification charts,the use time was gradually reduced,and the accuracy rate was also significantly improved.Conclusion:The cerebral palsy rehabilitation robot speech recognition system can significantly improve the correct image recognition ability of children and improve the treatment effect of children.
