摘 要:部分智障儿童随着青春期的到来会出现一些性问题行为,这些问题行为不仅严重影响了其正常的学习与生活,甚至还会使其受到不法分子的侵犯。智障儿童性机能随着年龄增长逐渐成熟,但性教育知识缺乏,隐私和羞耻感缺失,教育方法不当等导致其性问题行为频发。文章结合智障儿童身心发展规律和实际教育教学情况,提出在正确认识儿童性问题行为的前提下,教授智障儿童合适的性教育知识,帮助其建立隐私感、培养道德意识,采用功能性评估来干预其性问题行为,以帮助智障儿童减少青春期性问题行为,促进其整体生涯发展。Some children with intellectual disabilities may have some sexual problems behavior with the arrival of adolescence,which not only seriously affect their normal learning and life,but may even be violated.The sexual function of children with intellectual disabilities gradually matures with age,but lack of sex education knowledge,lack of privacy and shame,and improper educational methods lead to frequent sexual problems behavior.Combining the law of physical and mental development of children with intellectual disabilities and the actual education and teaching,this paper puts forward that,under the premise of correctly understanding children's sexual problems behavior,we can impart them appropriate sexual education knowledge,help them establish a sense of privacy and cultivate moral awareness,use functional behavior analysis to interfere with their sexual problems behavior,in order to help children with intellectual disabilities to reduce adolescent sexual problems behavior and promote their overall career development.
