摘　　要：地方普通高等学校建设一支德才兼备、结构优化、精干高效、富有创新精神和国际竞争力的高层次人才队伍,能够实现学校发展和学科建设的总体目标,造就一批在国内外有重要影响的学科带头人和学术骨干,可以全面提升学校学术竞争力、社会影响力和国际化水平。The construction of a high-leveled talent team with the features of having both ability and integrity,structure optimization,high efficiency,innovative and international competitiveness in local ordinary universities can be helpful to achieve the overall goal of school development and discipline construction,train a batch of academic leaders and research backbones with important influences both at home and abroad and improve school’s academic competitiveness,social influence and international level.
