生物活性肽诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和自噬机制的研究进展

摘　　要：目前,肿瘤的第四大疗法生物疗法中的明星分子生物活性肽正在迅速发展,成为潜在、靶向针对癌细胞的抗癌物质,在肿瘤的预防和治疗中极为重要。生物活性肽抗肿瘤作用涉及多种机制,诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡和自噬是其发挥抗肿瘤作用的重要机制之一,本文主要针对生物活性肽诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和自噬的作用途径及分子机制的研究进展作一综述。At present,the star molecular bioactive peptides in the fourth largest therapeutic biotherapy of tumors are rapidly developing into potential and targeted anticancer substances against cancer cells,which are extremely important in the prevention and treatment of tumors.The anti-tumor effect of bioactive peptides involves a variety of mechanisms.Inducing apoptosis and autophagy of tumor cells is one of the important mechanisms of its anti-tumor effect.In this paper,we will review the research advances in signaling pathway and molecular mechanism of bioactive peptides induced apoptosis and autophay of tumor cells.
