摘　　要：高校思想政治教育作为传承人类崇高理想的一种载体,在整个教育发展历程中已经取得显著成就。但是传统教育中不健全的理念尚存,这就充分体现了"破"的必要性。与此同时要在"立"的支撑下,在推进以人为本的基础上,把立德树人贯穿于教育工作的全过程,全面推进新时期高校思想政治教育工作的顺利开展,以此构建高校思想政治教育的新观念,不断实现思想政治教育工作的新跨越,最终开创思想政治教育工作的新局面。As a carrier to pass down our lofty ideals, the ideological and political education has made great achievement in the course of development. However, there are also unhealthy ideas in traditional education and it is necessary to “destroying the old”. At the same time, we have to “establish the new”, that is to say, we must adhere to people-centered education and take high moral value establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education. Thus, a new concept of ideological and political education in colleges in the new period will be constructed, promoting ideological and political education to achieve new progress and new situation.
