摘  要:从组织交换理论视角研究政府及公共部门公务员创造性问题,有助于探索服务型政府建设及其用人机制的改革。以领导—部属交换(LMX)和团队—成员交换(TMX)理论为基础,分析LMX与TMX交互作用对公务员创造性的影响。结果显示,领导—部属交换、团队—成员交换及其两者的交互作用,对公务员创造性和内部动机具有显著的正向影响,内部动机对两者交互作用具有完全中介效应。It is of great significance to explore the construction of service-oriented government and the reform of its employment mechanism to improve the creativity of civil servants by studying the government and public organizations from the perspective of organization exchange theory. Based on the theory of leader-subordinate exchange (LMX) and team-member exchange (TMX), 221 questionnaires in a certain city were taken as samples to analyze the impact of the interaction between LMX and TMX on the creativity of civil servants. The result shows that leader-subordinate exchange, team-member exchange and their interaction have a significant positive impact on the creativity and internal motivation of civil servants, and internal motivation has a complete mediating effect on their interaction.
