摘 要:水下攻千斤作业是沉船打捞的关键环节。设计一种基于非开挖钻进的水下攻千斤电液驱动系统,对钻进过程的钻进及旋转负载进行研究,分析钻头承受的切削阻力、海底泥压力、冷却液作用力以及钻杆受到的摩擦阻力的影响,并基于压力流量复合控制提出了水下非开挖钻进电液驱动系统,采用比例溢流阀控制液压马达两腔压力,采用比例换向阀控制进入液压马达的流量。采用AMESim软件对水下非开挖钻进电液驱动系统进行仿真分析,结果表明,其基本能够实现在不同海底地质条件下恒压连续钻进,保证沉船打捞水下攻千斤作业的顺利进行。An operation of underwater drilling is a key process of shipwrecking,and we design a kind of underwater drilling steel wire holes electro-hydraulic system based on non-excavation drilling. In a process of drilling,drilling and rotating loads are studied,and the influence of cutting resistance,soil pressure,forces of cooling fluid and friction resistance of drill pipe is analyzed. We put forward an electric hydraulic drive system in underwater trenchless drilling based on pressure and flow compound control. A proportional relief valve is used to control the pressure of hydraulic motor,and a proportional reversing valve is used to control the flow of hydraulic motor. We use the software AMESim to simulate and analyze the underwater non-excavation drilling electric hydraulic drive system,and the simulation results show that the designed system can continuous drilling with a constant pressure under different conditions at the bottom of sea soil,which ensures the smooth wreck removal work.
