摘 要:在党和国家高度重视教师职业道德建设的背景下,高职校教师的职业道德仍凸显出一些问题,诸如少数教师理想信念淡薄,仁爱之心缺失,知行不一等。明代著名哲学家、教育家王阳明的心学思想蕴含着能够释放巨大能量的道德建设的宝藏,对个体道德修养的提升与高尚人格的塑造具有不可移易的超时代价值和现实意义。如何运用王阳明心学有针对性来建构高职校教师的高尚师德是一个很值得思考且富有时代感的课题。under the background that the party and the state attach great importance to the construction of teachers ’professional ethics, the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational schools still highlight some problems, such as the weak ideal belief of a few teachers, the lack of benevolence, and the ignorance. Wang yangming, a famous philosopher and educator of the Ming dynasty, holds the treasure of moral construction that can release enormous energy, and has the immutable value and practical significance of transcendental times to the improvement of individual moral cultivation and the shaping of noble personality. How to use Wang Yangming’s mind to c onstruct the noble teacher morality of senior vocational school teachers is a subject worth thinking about and full of time sense.
