摘  要:大学教师教学资本是教学实践活动的动力源泉,是衡量教师教学发展水平的重要指标。目前,学界对教师教学资本效能的关注尚处于学业成就层面,但随着终身教育的发展,教师教学实践活动的可持续性影响愈显重要。文章基于优势理论,通过探索与验证性因子分析发现,大学教师教学资本的效能结构由执行、关系建立、影响和战略思考四个因子构成;其中,教师教学资本的效能给学生发展带来的更多的是提升执行水平方面的影响,而在战略思考方面的效果较差。文章通过进一步对样本数据进行独立样本T检验发现,大学教师教学资本在性别、生源地、年级、求学经历、学校数与地域数、求学期间担任班干部年数、成长家庭环境以及学科等方面体现出了效能结构因子的差异性。The instructional capital of university faculty is a power source of instructional practices,and an important indicator of teachers′ teaching development.At present,the focus of academic circles about the effectiveness of teachers′ teaching capital is on academic achievements.With the development of lifelong education,the sustainability of teachers′ teaching practice is becoming more and more important.Based on the advantage theory,an exploratory analysis shows that the instructional capital structure of university faculty consists of execution,relationship building,influence and strategic thinking.The efficiency of instructional capital improves students′ execution more effectively,while the effect on improving their strategic thinking is not very good.Based on an independent samples T test result of sample data,it concludes that there are differences in structural factors of university faculties′ teaching capital in terms of students′ gender,origin,grade,education experience,the number of attended schools and areas,schooling years as a class cadre,family environment of growth,discipline and so on.
