摘　　要：临床药学专业实习是高等临床药学专业教育的重要组成部分,是将药学和医学知识融会贯通的重要阶段。随着全国临床药学本科专业认证工作的推进,对临床药学专业实习模式提出了新的要求。本文以徐州医科大学临床药学专业认证为契机,结合我院药学部及临床药师培训基地实际情况,探索临床药学专业标准化实习模式,提高了实习生的临床思维能力和实践技能。Clinical pharmacy practice is an important part of the whole clinical pharmacy education and an important period to integrate the medicine and pharmacy.With the promoting of professional certification of clinical pharmacy, the new requirements on practice mode for clinical pharmacy have been put forward.Taking clinical pharmacy accreditation of Xuzhou Medical University as opportunities, and combining with the actual situation of department of pharmacy and clinical pharmacist training site in our hospital, the paper explored standardized practice mode for clinical pharmacy which can improve students' practical techniques in clinical thinking.
