摘  要:应用归因理论,对不同专业的学生诊断学实训学习成败归因再总结的过程。研究方法:(1)通过每次实训课,让学生操作,并对每组学生进行考核,记录分值;(2)教师设计问题,"你认为自己学的最好的是什么、最差的是什么,为什么",学生将相应的答案写下,并上交给相应的教师;(3)教师将学生反馈上来的问题,将相应的问题答案反馈给学生,如果是共性,就共同解释,再操作,如果是个别组别的问题,就单独教授。教授完,学生再训练;如此周而复始;(4)课程考试结束后再进行问卷调查。基于归因理论,学生通过不断的归因训练,对于知识点的掌握比较到位,同时克服自己的一些不良习惯,如课后不复习等,提高了自主学习能力及解决问题的能力,自信心也得到加强,也提高了团体合作意识及诊断学的学习热情。Applying attribution theory, the process of summarizing the attribution of success or failure in the practical training of diagnostics for students of different majors is studied.The research methods are 1.Through each practical training class, students were asked to operate, each group of students were assessed and scores were recorded.2.The teacher designs the question,"what do you think is the best thing you have learned? What is the worst thing you have learned?" 3.The teacher will feedback the questions raised by the students and give the answers to the corresponding questions to the students.If the questions are common, they will explain them together and then operate them.After teaching, students retrain, and so on.4.Questionnaire survey will be conducted after the course examination.Based on the attribution theory, through continuous attribution training, students mastery of knowledge points are in place, at the same time to overcome some of his own bad habits, such as not to review after class, improve the ability of autonomous learning and problem solving skills, confidence is strengthened, also improve group cooperation consciousness and diagnostics learning enthusiasm.
