摘  要:职业院校技能大赛是我国职业教育的一项重大创新,已成为培养选拔技术技能型人才的一个重要平台,也是对高职院校教育教学改革成效、人才培养质量的重要检验。如何让技能大赛引领专业课程教学模式的改革,使两者相互促进、融合,是高职院校研究的热点。以电气自动化专业为例,按照"赛教融合,赛学相促"思路,从课程建设、竞赛组织、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设等方面给出相关建议和对策。As a major innovation of vocational education in China,vocational skills contest serves as animportant platform for training and selecting skilled talents,and also a critical way to test the effects of educationreform and the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges. It has been a research hotspot in highervocational colleges how to carry out the teaching reform of specialized courses under the guidance of skillscontest and make it a mutually reinforcing process. Based on the idea of"teaching with contest and learningthrough contest",this paper put forward suggestions and countermeasures in terms of curriculum construction,contest organization,faulty development,and training base construction.
