论大学理念的实践性

摘　　要：长期以来,大学理念成为"高位概念",大学实践在缺乏大学理念指导下呈现出认知与行为错位、供需关系错位、利益相关者价值诉求错位等问题。大学实践应基于什么样的教育理念,应实现什么样的培养目标和应满足什么样的社会需要等成为大学必须面对和解决的问题。而大学理念、大学办学理念和大学实践理性认知的统一,大学管理者、教育者和受教育者价值诉求的统一,国家、社会和市场利益选择的统一是探讨大学理念与大学实践统一的关键。For a long time,the ideology of the university become " high concept",the university practice of university in the absence of the guidance of the concept of showing the dislocation of cognition and of behavior,supply and demand relations dislocation,stakeholder value demand dislocation. The problems that must be faced and solved by university are what kind of educational idea should be based on the university practice should realize and what kind of training objective and what kind of social need to meet. However,the unity of university idea,university running philosophy and the rational cognition of university practice,the unity of the value demands of university administrators,educators and educatees,the unity of country,society and market interest selection are the key of the unity of university idea and university practice.
