摘 要:工科作为一类应用数学、物理学、化学等基础学科的原理,对高素质人才的评价与培养体系也有诸多不同。工科的培养目标是培养在相应的工程领域从事规划、勘探、设计、施工、咨询、项目管理和科学研究等工作的高级工程技术人才。本文主要结合工科的现代化发展和人才培养过程中存在的问题,对现代工科高素质人才评价与培养体系进行探讨,为进一步提高工科高素质人才培养水平提供参考。As a basic discipline of Applied Mathematics,physics,chemistry and other basic disciplines,engineering has many differences in the evaluation and training system of high-quality talents.The training goal of engineering is to train senior engineering technicians who are engaged in planning,exploration,design,construction,consulting,project management and scientific research in the corresponding engineering field.This paper,based on the modern development of engineering and the problems existing in the process of training talents,discusses the evaluation and training system of high-quality talents in modern engineering,and provides a reference for further improving the training level of high quality personnel in engineering.
