摘　　要：德国的"双元制"职业教育是享誉世界的职业教育模式体系,所取得的经验值得我国学习与借鉴,其本质在于两种不同的教育组织形式和两个学习地点的协调统一。本文介绍了双元制教学模式的特点,结合当前我国职业教育发展存在的制度瓶颈以及主要问题,阐述了双元制职业教育模式对我国职业教育发展思路的启示。The "dual system" Vocational Education in Germany is a world renowned model system of vocational education. The experience gained is worth learning in China. The essence lies in the harmony and unity of two different educational organization forms and two learning sites. This paper introduces the characteristics of the dual system teaching model,combined with the current main problems in the development of Vocational Education in China,and expounds the enlightenment of the dual system vocational education model to the development of vocational education in China.
