摘　　要：中小学校长培训的日益专业化对校长培训团队的要求越来越高。团队文化是团队的灵魂,它在增强团队凝聚力,提高团队绩效,统一团队成员思想,激励成员行为,促进成员形成自觉性、主动性等方面存在不可估量的作用。加强培训管理团队的团队文化建设成为关系培训质量,助益中小学校长培训专业化的基础和保障因素。The increasingly professionalism of principal training is more and more demanding for the principal training team.Team culture is the soul of the team,it plays an inestimable role in enhancing team cohesion,improving team performance,unifiying team thoughts,motivating member behavior,promoting members to form consciousness and initiative.Strengthening the teamculture construction of the training team has become the basis and guarantee factor that influences the quality of training and helps the specialization of principal training.
