摘 要:目的分析北京市通州区流动儿童膳食营养相关知识与行为现状。方法采用典型抽样方法 ,选取通州区4所以流动儿童为全部生源的流动务工子弟小学,以班级为最小抽样单位,整群抽取三-五年级全部学生1 395名,采用自行编制调查问卷进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果调查对象膳食与疾病、平衡膳食和膳食营养知识知晓率分别为54.5%、26.2%和29.4%,不同调查特征被调查对象膳食营养、膳食与疾病知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。64.5%的被调查对象达到每日吃早餐,奶制品、肉类、蛋类、豆制品达到"每天和经常"摄入的占49.1%、32.8%、32.2%和26.0%。结论流动儿童膳食营养相关知识知晓率较低,蛋白质类食物摄入不足,应从学校、家长、学生三方面开展膳食营养教育,改善膳食营养行为。Objective To study the present situation of dietary nutrition knowledge and behavior among pupils of primary school for migrant children in Beijing Tongzhou district. Methods Using typical sampling method to choose four primary schools for migrant children in Tongzhou district. Taking class as the smallest sampling unit as well as using the method of cluster sampling, anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1395 students from grade three to five. Results The awareness rates of diet and disease knowledge, balanced diet knowledge and dietary nutrition knowledge are 54. 5%, 26. 2%, 29. 4% respectively. The differences of awareness rates among respondents with different characteristics are statistically significant(P<0. 05). 64. 5% of the respondents eat breakfast every day. The rates of respondents who intake dairy products, meat,eggs,soy products daily and frequently are 49. 1%,32. 8%,32. 2%,26% respectively. Conclusion The awareness rate of dietary nutrition knowledge is low as well as intake of protein food is inadequate among migrant children. Diclary nutrition education should be carried out among three aspects including schools, parents and students to improve dietary nutrition behavior.
