摘　　要：新时代高校学习型党支部建设是提高高校基层党组织建设水平的重中之重,但却面临严峻挑战。可通过采取丰富支部学习内容、运用高校资源条件、完善相关学习制度、强化支部书记培训和加强对外学习交流等方法,不断提高新时代高校学习型党支部建设水平。The construction of a learning-oriented party branch in a new era is the most important task in improving the level of primary party organizations in universities.However,the construction of the learning-oriented party branch in the new era is facing with severe challenge s.The construction of learning-oriented party branch in new era can be continuously improved by adding rich learning content,using university resources,improving relevant learning systems,strengthening branch secretary training,and strengthening learning exchanges and communication with external organization.
