牙周整复术在口腔修复患者治疗中应用效果及对牙龈萎缩发生率、外观和功能评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究牙周整复术在口腔修复患者治疗中应用效果及对患者牙龈萎缩发生率、外观和功能评分的影响。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年4月在本院进行口腔固定修复的患者65例。根据治疗先后顺序将其分为研究组(n=32)和对照组(n=33)。对照组实行普通口腔修复,研究组在此基础上实行牙周整复术。比较两组护理满意度、手术前后的外观和功能评分、术后牙龈恢复情况。结果:研究组总满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的60.61%(P<0.05);手术后,两组外观和功能评分均高于手术前,且研究组均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组牙龈萎缩发生率为3.13%,明显低于对照组的24.24%(P<0.05)。结论:牙周整复术应用于口腔修复患者,可显著提升临床修复效果,有效预防发生牙龈萎缩现象,且牙周美观、功能恢复较好,患者满意度高。Objective:To investigate the effect of periodontal restoration in treatment of patients with oral cavity repair and its influence on the incidence of gingival atrophy,appearance and functional score.Method:A total of 65 patients who treated with fixed oral cavity repair from June 2016 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the sequence of treatment,they were divided into study group(n=32)and control group(n=33).The control group was treated with ordinary oral repair,and study group was treated with periodontal restoration on this basis.The nursing satisfaction,appearance and function scores before and after operation,and the incidence of gingival atrophy between two groups were compared.Result:The total satisfaction rate of study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 60.61%of control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of appearance and function in two groups were higher than those of before operation,and study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gingival atrophy in study group was 3.13%,which was significantly lower than 24.24%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of periodontal restoration in patients with oral cavity repair can significantly improve the clinical prosthodontic effect,effectively prevent gingival atrophy,and the periodontal beauty,functional recovery is good,patient satisfaction is high.
