摘  要:针对WP 4.1柴油机在农用收获机配套过程中离合器出现的异常噪声故障,通过对离合器机械结构分析,列出可能引起此类噪声的几种振动形式,并对振动的产生机理和特点加以阐述。按照试验测得的噪声频谱图,经过分析认为异常噪音是二阶振动噪声,配合对柴油机扭转振幅测量、离合器部位振动频率、方向、振动烈度测量以及柴油机变转速下噪声的变化,最终确定噪声的根本原因是柴油机二阶往复惯性力所致,并制定相应措施,达到良好效果。Aiming at the abnormal noise fault of clutch in the process of agricultural harvester matching,this paper lists several vibration forms which may cause this kind of noise through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the clutch,and expounds the generation mechanism and characteristics of the vibration.According to the noise spectrum diagram measured by the test,it is concluded that abnormal noise is second-order vibration noise,combined with the measurement of torsional amplitude of diesel engine,vibration frequency,direction,vibration intensity measurement and the change of noise under variable speed of diesel engine,the root cause of the final determination of noise is the second order reciprocating inertial force of diesel engine and the corresponding measures have been formulated to achieve good results.
