“一带一路”背景下高职旅游管理专业教学改革探究

摘　　要：分析"一带一路"建设给我国高职院校旅游管理专业带来的机遇和挑战,以及对高职院校旅游管理专业人才培养的具体要求,提出"一带一路"背景下高职院校旅游管理专业教学改革的途径,即针对性地调整专业人才培养方案,变革性地构建专业课程结构体系,创新性地建设专业校企实训基地,有效性地加大专业师资培养力度。Analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought about by"the Belt and Road"construction to tourism management major in higher vocational colleges,and the new requirements to this major's talent cultivation,this paper puts forward a way of teaching reform of this major,that is to adjust the professional talents training program purposively,to build courses structure systems transformatively,to build professional school-enterprise training base innovatively,and to increase the effectiveness of professional teachers'training.
