高职院校创新创业人才培养体系研究与实践——以苏州经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校是为我国培养应用技能型人才的重要阵地,在大众创业,万众创新的时代背景下,高职院校应该将教学目标定位为创新创业型人才培养。文章主要对高职院校创新创业人才培养体系进行了研究,并以苏州经贸职业技术学院为例,阐述现代高职院校人才培养的体系。The higher vocational colleges are an important position to cultivate applied skilled talents for China. Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, higher vocational colleges should position their teaching objectives as the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper mainly studies the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges, and takes Suzhou institute of Trade & Commerce as an example to elaborate the system of modern higher vocational education.
