摘　　要：在创客教育以及"互联网+"的教育背景下,文章对教师的信息技术应用能力培训进行了改革和研究,针对目前教师培训中存在的问题,提出了创客教育下,设计出一套教师信息应用能力培训模块、教师培训创客课题、以及建立了教师创客空间和建立我们本地的教师创客资源库,方便教师的学习和掌握,为教师信息技术应用能力培训改革提供借鉴。Under the background of customer education, under the background of "Internet +" education, the training of teachers’ information technology application ability has been reformed and studied. Aiming at the problems existing in the current teacher training, this paper puts forward the module design of the training of teachers’ information technology application ability, the creation topic of teacher training, and the construction of teacher training. The teachers’ creator space and the establishment of our local resource bank of teachers’ creator can facilitate teachers’ learning and mastery, and provide reference for the training reform of teachers’ information technology application ability in primary and secondary schools in our city.
