摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在神经内科本科生教学中的应用及可行性。方法本研究纳入2013年1—3月大连大学医学院2013级临床医学专业70名本科实习生在神经内科实习两周的时间里均进行第1周和第2周两次Mini-CEX考核,针对考核的7个方面进行测评。结果第2周的考核结果优于第1周,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX考核有利于应用在神经内科本科生实习中,能够促进本科生临床实践能力的培养。Objective To explore the feasibility of Mini-CEX(mini-clinical evaluation exercise)in undergraduate medical students who practiced in the neurological department.Methods From January to March 2013,the study included 70 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of School of Medicine of Dalian University in grade 2013.During the twoweek internship in the department of neurology,they conducted Mini-CEX assessment twice in the first week and the second week,and assessed 7 aspects of the assessment.Results The results of the second week were better than those of the first week,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX is helpful to improve the elevation of clinical skills for the undergraduate medical students.
