摘  要:精神医学是临床医学的重要组成部分,精神医学与医学心理学、内科学、神经内科、神经影像学等其他医学课程相关联,精神症状具有抽象的特点,往往主观的判断多而无客观的体格检查和实验室检查依据。鉴于此,精神医学的教学及精神科医生的培养也就较其他学科更为困难。探究能有效提高精神医学教学效果的教学模式,是提高精神医学教学质量及医学生的精神医学知识理论及实践水平的重要方式。本文拟建议从课程设置、教学内容、教学形式等方面进行改革与实践,以期取得较理想的教学效果。Psychiatry is an important part of clinical medicine and is associated with other medical courses,such as internal medicine,neurology,neuroimaging and medical psychology.The psychiatric symptoms are abstract,involving the concepts of cognition,emotion,thinking and consciousness other than basing on physical examination and laboratory tests.So the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness are more difficult than other diseases.In view of this,the teaching of psychiatry and the cultivation of psychiatrists are more difficult than other subjects.It is important to explore the teaching mode and teaching quality of mental health and to improve the medical knowledge theory and practice level of medical students.This paper proposes the reform and practice from the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching content and teaching form,so as to achieve better teaching effect.
