摘  要:目的探索正式实施临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训相结合的并轨工作前后,临床专业学位硕士研究生对课程内容的掌握程度及其变化情况,分析其是否适应改革后的集中学习模式,为针对专业学位研究生的课程建设与改革提供数据支持。方法通过2012~2017级临床医学专业学位硕士研究生,"临床医学研究方法"课程考核成绩的描述,分析"并轨"前后,学生对重要课程的掌握程度是否有变化。结果 "临床医学研究方法"课程考核平均成绩并轨前3年为(75.91±13.10)分,并轨后3年为(74.73±10.26)分;并轨后专硕学位研究生的高分数段构成比下降,90~100和80~89分数段由并轨前的11%和34%下降为并轨后的6%和28%。2012—2017年连续6年,未见考试成绩明显下降和高低分数段构成比明显改变的趋势。结论高密度集中授课的确对专硕学位研究生的考核成绩有影响,平均分数和高分数段构成比均有所下降,但是平均分下降幅度并不大,不及格构成比也没有明显上升。并轨之后的学习模式对专硕学习重要理论课程没有产生明显不良影响,学生对理论课程的掌握及理解程度,可以达到教学培养目的。Objective To explore the changes of curriculum results before and after the combination of clinical postgraduate education and resident standardized training and to analyze whether the professional degree students adapt to the centralized learning model after the reform.Methods By describing the assessment results of the course"Clinical Medical Research Methods"for postgraduates with clinical medical degree from 2012 to 2017,this paper analyzed whether the students'mastery of important courses had changed before and after"merging".Results The average score of the course"Clinical Medical Research Method"was(75.91±13.10)points befere three years and(74.73±10.26)points after three years.After amalgamation,the proportion of 90~100 scores and 80~89 scores of postgraduates with master's degree decreased from 11% and 34% before amalgamation to 6% and 28% after amalgamation.For six consecutive years from 2012 to 2017,there was no trend of significant decline in test scores and significant change in the composition ratio of high and low scores.Conclusion The high intensity of learning mode does not have obvious adverse effects for the important theoretical courses after the"combination",and it can achieve the purpose of teaching and training.
