摘　　要：蜜饯是很多人喜欢的休闲食品,其加工制作中除了添加大量糖之外,还添加了人工合成色素、防腐剂、人工合成甜味剂等多种食品添加剂,了解蜜饯食品中食品添加剂的使用,有助于更好地选择安全合格的蜜饯食品。Candied food is a kind of leisure food that many people like,but in addition to using a lot of sugar in the processing and making of the candied food,it also adds a variety of food additives,such as artificial synthetic pigment,preservative,artificial synthetic sweetener,etc.Understanding the use of additives in candied food will help to better select the safe and qualified candied food.
