摘　　要：阐述职业素养的内涵,分析高职院校学生职业素养的现状与问题,提出把德育放在首位、加强文化基础教育、注重优秀传统文化教育、科学合理地进行职业生涯规划、注重产教融合和校企合作、积极利用社会资源培养大学生的职业素养等六个方面的培养途径。This paper proposes six approaches to cultivate the professional quality of students in higher vocational colleges by illustrating the connotation of professional quality and the existing problems.Namely,putting moral education first;strengthening the cultural basis education;paying attention to the excellent traditional culture education as well as scientific and reasonable career planning;paying attention to the integration of production and education through cooperation between colleges and utilization of social resources.
