摘　　要：建国以来,安徽民办职业教育发展历经70年代前民办职业学历教育快速衰落和政府主导下的社会农技推广大发展、80年代民办职业学历教育崛起和农业协会兴起、90年代以来全面繁荣与危机并存三个阶段。其在这一发展过程中形成的特点和当前面临的危机启示安徽相关政府部门,必须采取减少行政干预和过度扶持、软调控扩张速度、重新界定农民合作社职业教育行为、监管学校资金流动、扶持社会力量到贫困人口聚集区创建职业教育机构等措施,构建起一个立足于独立自主、发展规模适度、专业与战略性新兴产业发展需求相符、教育质量最优化和服务贫困人口的具有安徽特色的民办职业教育发展模式,以促进其健康可持续发展。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of education for private vocational education in Anhui has gone through three stages:the rapid decline of education for private vocational education before the 1970s and the great development of social agricultural technology promotion under the leadership of the government;the rise of education for private vocational education in the 1980s and the rise of agricultural associations;the coexistence of comprehensive prosperity and crisis since the 1990s.The characteristics of its formation in the process of this development and relevant government departments in Anhui's current crisis revelation,must be taken to reduce the excessive administrative intervention and support,soften control expansion,redefine the farmer cooperatives,regulate capital flow in vocational education school,support social forces to establish vocational education institutions in poor areas.In this way,a private vocational education development model with Anhui characteristics will be constructed to promote its healthy and sustainable development,with features of independence,moderate development scale,consistent need with strategic emerging industry,optimization of education quality and serving poor people.
