四棱豆与四翼豆的利用与传播

摘　　要：四棱豆与四翼豆均为热带经济植物。四棱豆嫰荚可作为蔬菜食用。四翼豆在非洲民间习惯将它的荚果用来调味菜肴和制作蔬菜。这两种植物均有药用、美容等功效。本文报道这两种植物的开发利用历史及其主要用途。Psophocarpus tetragonolobus and Tetrapleura tetraptera are both tropical economic plants.Psophocarpus tetragonolobus is edible as vegetables and Tetrapleura tetraptera is used by African folk for seasoning and vegetables.Both of these two plants have medicinal,cosmetic and other functions.This paper reports the development and utilization history of Psophocarpus tetragonolobus and Tetrapleura tetraptera and their main usage.
