摘  要:生物化学中各种物质的代谢通路纵横交错,构成复杂的代谢网络,是生物化学教学的重点和难点内容.以物质代谢网络中的葡萄糖有氧分解途径为代谢的主干道,分析其组成和功能要点及与其它支路代谢途径的联系,以达到理清物质代谢网络的复杂关系,在课堂教学中突出重点和分散难点的目的.Various substance metabolic networks in biochemistry crisscross and thus form complex metabolic networks,which are recognized as the key and difficult points in biochemistry teaching.The glucose aerobic decomposition pathway is regarded as the main road of substance metabolic networks.Its composition,key functional points and connection with other metabolic accession roads are analyzed,so as to straighten up the complex relationship in substance metabolism networks,and help to stress key points and disperse difficult points in the classroom teaching.
