摘　　要：随着我国全面依法治国和依法治校在高校的全面推进,高校学生管理的法治化日益迫切和重要。梳理国内外教育法律思想的历史脉络及高校学生管理法治化的基本做法,结合当前我国高校学生管理的现状,探索加强高校学生管理的法治化,提出推进高校学生管理法治化的对策建议。With the all-round advancement of comprehensively implementing the rule of law and managing schools by law,the le-galization of university student management is becoming more and more urgent and important.In this paper,the author combs the historical context of education law ideas at home and abroad and the basic practices of the legalization of student management in col-leges and universities,combining with the current situation of student management in colleges and universities in China,explores to strengthen the legalization of student management and puts forward the countermeasure suggestions to promote the legalization of student management in colleges and universities.
