摘　　要：随着我国男子三级跳远成绩的提升,关键运动技术特征也成为教练员和运动员最为关注的问题,本文运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法综述了男子三级跳远关键运动技术常用的研究方法,并对男子三级跳远速度类、距离类、时间类、角度类关键技术环节的运动学研究状况进行分析,深层次地阐述了三级跳远的运动学规律。从理论上、数据上为教练员把握训练重点和不同阶段的训练内容的调整提供支持,也可以提升运动员和教练员对专项制胜规律的认识程度,丰富教练员的专项技术训练理论,为我国男子三级跳远项目的更好发展提供理论支持和数据支撑。With the improvement of Chinese men's triple jump performance,the key sports technical characteristics have become the most concern for coaches and athletes.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,summarizes the common research methods in studying the key technology of man triple jump,analyzes the key technology of speed,distance,time,and angle of men's triple jump kinematics research,and deeply expounds the kinematics law of triple jump.It provides theoretical and data-based support for coaches to grasp the key points and the adjustment of the training content at different stages,and aims to improve degree of athletes and coaches to understand the special winning laws,to enrich theories of special technical training of the coaches,and to provide theoretical and data support for the better development of China's men's triple jump.
