摘 要:在运动技术教学的过程中,受到运动技术的多样性、学生体育基础的差异性等因素的影响,创设利于学生运动技术探究的学习氛围,是发展学生体育学习兴趣、提高运动技能教学效果的重要手段。自主尝试学习正是基于"健康第一""以人为本"理念基础上的一种学习方式。基于此,本文就自主尝试学习在运动技术教学中的应用进行了实验研究。通过本研究,以期为促进运动技术教学水平的提升提供理论与实践层面的参考。In the process of sport skill teaching,influenced by factors such as the diversity of sports technology and the differences in students'sports foundations,creating a learning atmosphere conducive to student sports skill exploration is an important approach to develop students’interest in sports learning and improve the teaching effects of sports skills.Self-directed learning is a learning approach based on the"health first"and"people-oriented"concept.Based on this,this paper conducts an experimental study on the application of self-directed learning in sport skill acquisition.It is hoped that this study could provide theoretical and practical references for promoting sport skills.
