摘 要:教师专业发展是一个系统工程,需要多方参与。文章通过分析认为,高校英语教师专业发展涉及诸多方面的利益相关体,其中政府、高校、学生、教师家庭是专业发展的外部利益相关者,而英语教师则是内部利益相关者。各利益相关者根据自身的利益诉求,通过一定的互动关系,共同影响高校英语教师专业发展。在这一过程中,教师自主发展动力不足、英语专业发展能力薄弱、帮扶体系不够完备、教师反思教学机会较少以及发展意志易受家庭影响是高校英语教师专业发展面临的主要困境。对此,应主要通过培养教师专业发展意识、形成专业发展合力、探索多元智能发展模式、搭建多方合作平台等路径促进高校英语教师专业发展。The professional development is a system engineering which needs multiple roles' participation.Through the analysis,the article states that the professional development of college English teachers involves many stakeholders,the government,colleges,students and teachers' families are external stakeholder of teacher professional development;teacher is the internal stakeholder.They work together to affect teacher professional development through interaction according to their interests and needs.In this process,teacher lack of power of independent development,the weak of English professional development ability,the incomplete of helping system,lack of reflective teaching opportunity and their development will easily affected by family become the main dilemma of teachers' professional development.In view of this,some routes just like training teachers' professional development consciousness,generating united force,exploring the model of multiple intelligence development,building multi cooperative platform must be taken to promote the professional development of college English teachers.
