摘　　要：第10届循证护理与助产研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)研讨年会以"成功实施循证实践:全情投入工作还是基于侥幸成功"为主题在比利时顺利召开。此次年会聚焦JBI协作网循证卫生保健理论模型全球合作的效绩成果,总结JBI循证卫生保健模式的协同研究经验,展示在布线拟合工具应用紧密拥抱实证研究的最新进展,缩小了循证护理知识决策与实践的差距,对全球护理健康照护目标起到重要的决策理念指导和方法学证据支撑作用,年会呈现了循证实践置身于全球知识转化应用的积极成果。With the theme of "successful implementation of evidence-based practice:hard work or good luck?",the 10th JBI Colloquium was held in Belgium this year.The colloquium focused on the performance results of the global cooperation model of evidence-based health care since the establishment of the JBI Collaborative Network,summarized the latest progress on the empirical research and the application of the online tool since the implementation of the JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Model.The colloquium narrowed the gap between evidence-based nursing decision-making and practice,provided the most important decision-making guidance and methodological support,it also presented the global positive achievement of evidence-based practice in the transformation and application of knowledge.
