摘 要:通过动物试验评价参茸酒的食用安全性。依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)相关方法对参茸酒进行大、小鼠急性经口毒性试验、3项遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)、大鼠30 d喂养试验。试验结果显示,大鼠、小鼠急性经口MTD值>15000 mg/kg·BW,属无毒级;3项遗传毒性试验未见参茸酒致突变作用;30 d喂养试验,3个剂量组雌、雄大鼠的每周体重、每周进食量、每周食物利用率、总食物利用率、脏体比值、血液学指标和末期血生化指标与15%vol基酒对照组比较,雌鼠中剂量组单核细胞、雄鼠3个剂量组总蛋白显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),其他指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);除大鼠自发病变外未引起脏器组织中毒性损伤。参茸酒在本试验条件下未显示有急性毒性、遗传毒性或亚急性毒性。The edible safety of ginseng-antler liquor was assessed by animal test.The acute oral toxicity test of mice and rats,genetic toxicity tests(including mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test and Ames test)and 30-day feeding test on rats were carried out in accordance with“Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food(2003)”.The results showed that,MTD for mice and rats was more than 15000 mg/kg·BW,indicating to non-toxic grade;the negative results were obtained in genetic toxicity tests;in 30-day feeding test,there was no significant difference in weight increase,food intake,food utilization,organ coefficient,blood routine examination or blood biochemistry index between treatment group and 15%vol base liquor control group(P>0.05),except the significant increase in monocyte of middle-dose female rats and in total protein of 3 male rats treatment groups(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05);some of the rats had pathologic changes but no toxic injury on organs was found.Accordingly,ginseng-antler liquor presented no acute toxicity,no genetic toxicity and no subchronic toxicity in the test.
