摘　　要：文章对德育答辩的内涵、起源及其实践创新意义进行概述,对高职院校思想政治教育工作当前存在的突出问题进行分析,指出德育答辩强化了"立德树人"的人才培养理念,并提出在高职院校思想政治教育工作中推行德育答辩具有更强的针对性和实效性,突出了思政教育"内化于心外化于行"的践行价值。The article introduces the connotation,the origin and practical significance of the defense of moral education and analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The article demonstrates that the defense of the moral education can strengthen the concept of talent cultivation of"Moral Education",and proposes that implementing the defense of the moral education in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is much more targeted and effective.The article highlights the practical value of ideological and political education.
