摘　　要：高职院校军训教育是国家对大学生爱国主义教育的重要手段和主要途径,是大学生教育管理的起步阶段,是新生入学后的重要课程。通过严格的军事训练及理论教育,培养学生吃苦耐劳的优良品质,加强个人素质及组织纪律性,增强集体主义观念,有计划地进行军训教育能够为培养学生雷厉风行的工作作风、养成良好的生活习惯及顺利开展学生教育管理工作打下坚实的基础。Military training in higher vocational colleges is an important and main means of national patriotism education.It is the initial stage of the education management of college students.Through military training and strict quality education,students will be trained to be hard-working,enhance their personal qualities,obey organizational disciplines,and strengthen the concept of collectivism.The systematic implementation of military training and education is helpful to cultivate students'strict working style and good habits and lay a solid foundation for students'education and management work.
