摘　　要：随着高职院校的建设与发展进入一个新的历史起点,教工党支部在教书育人、立德树人方面要发挥更加重要的作用。针对当前高职院校教工党支部建设存在的问题,提出改进和加强教工党支部建设的对策,强调教工党支部建设要与时俱进,加强教工党支部建设的创新,不断提高教工党支部的模范带头和战斗堡垒作用。As the construction and development of higher vocational colleges enters a new era,the party branch of teaching staff plays an more important role in comprehensively implementing the education policy of the party and the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the party branch of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve and strengthen the construction.And it emphasizes that the construction of the party branch should keep pace with the Time,the innovation of the construction of teaching party branch should be improve,and the role of the party branch as a model leader and a battle fortress should function well.
