摘　　要：大学学术委员会的运行重在形成一个有效的共同决策过程,真正彰显大学内部管理与决策中的公共理性。学术委员会有其特定的问题领域,重点指向需要共同治理的大学内部混合型事务。学术委员会要在一个互动体系中发展出自身的行动策略和决策原则,推动共同决策和权力分享,以促成大学内部之善治。学术委员会应当秉持自主、互信、自律、尊严的理念,既要积极作为又要谨慎作为。The function of University Academic Committee is to form an effective joint decision-making process and to truly highlight the public rationality in university's internal management and decision-making.University Academic Committees have their own specific problem areas,with an emphasis on mixed-university affairs that require joint governance.University Academic Committees must develop their own action strategies and decision-making principles in an interactive system,in order to promote common decision-making and power-sharing so as to gradually achieve good governance.University Academic Committees should not only take positive actions but also be cautious,and should uphold the ideals of independence,mutual trust,self-discipline,and dignity.
