摘　　要：我国医学教育的传统模式是实行"基础课—临床课—实习"的三段式教学法,课程设置在基础知识学习与临床实践之间存在明显教学内容脱节的现象,"早期接触临床"已成为高等医学教育课程改革的趋势之一,特别是在儿科医疗服务能力严重不足的中国背景下,医学教育模式的改革迫在眉睫。The traditional mode of medical education in China is to carry out the three-stage teaching method of"basic course-clinical coursepractice".There is an obvious disconnection between basic knowledge learning and clinical practice.Early clinical contact has become one of the trends of curriculum reform in higher medical education,especially under the background of pediatric medical service capacity is seriously inadequate in China,the reform of medical education model is imminent.
