摘　　要：美术课程内容是美的集中体现,"审美人生教育"可以帮助学生"成长为人性意义上的真正的人"。优秀教师应当坚守自己的教育信仰,提炼自己的教学主张,并通过专业辐射、名师工作室运行、青年教师专业队伍打造等方式带动更多教师共同成长,实现自身与教育、与学生、与教师的生命相融,达到"美美相生美美与共"的美好境界。The content of art courses is a concentrated refl ection of beauty and “aesthetic life education” may help students grow into real people in the sense of human nature. Excellent teachers should stick to their educational beliefs and refine their teaching ideas. Meanwhile, excellent teachers should also inspire more teachers to grow together by means of professional radiation, famous teachers’ studio operation and young teachers training so that they can realize the integration of their own lives with students’ and other teachers’, fi nally achieving the beautiful realm of “beauty generating beauty and beauty integrating beauty”.
