摘 要:兽药残留对人和环境都有潜在的威胁,成为近年来影响动物性食品质量与安全的主要因素之一。免疫层析技术具有检测快速、操作简便、价格低廉且环境友好等优点,适合应用于食品安全检测领域。针对兽药残留检测的免疫层析技术的研究现状及基于不同功能性纳米材料的免疫层析技术在兽药残留检测中的应用和发展前景进行综述,以期为新型免疫层析技术在兽药残留检测的应用及发展提供参考。Veterinary drug residues show great potential threat to human and environment,and has become one of the main factors affecting the safety of animal-derived foods in recent years.Immunochromatography has the advantages of fast detection,simple operation,low cost and being friendly to environment,and is widely used in food safety detection.In this paper,the application of immunochromatograghy in detectiong veterinary drug residue were detailed summarized,and the development direction of immunochromatograghy technology based on different functional nanomaterials in veterinary drug residue detection were reviewed.This review will provide useful references for the future development and application of novel immunochromatograghy technology for veterinary drug residue detection.
