摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法间接检测样品中六亚甲基四胺的新方法。试验方法:样品经石油醚除脂,采用30 g/L乙酸溶液提取,在70℃下转化30 min,转化液与2,4-二硝基苯肼乙醇饱和溶液在酸性条件下衍生,分别在356 nm(甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙检测波长)和262 nm(甲苯的检测波长)波长下检测。结果表明:样品中六亚甲基四胺回收率为87.8%~89.4%, RSD为3.79%,检出限为0.159μg/kg。上述方法省去了传统的萃取或旋转蒸发提取六亚甲基四胺的步骤,降低了六亚甲基四胺的损失,使检测数据更真实有效,满足食品检测方法评价标准的要求。A new method for indirect determination of hexamethylene tetramine in samples by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.Test method were as follows:The sample was extracted by petroleum ether,and extracted by 30 g/L acetic acid solution.The sample was transformed at 70℃for 30 min.The transformed solution and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine ethanol saturated solution were derived under acidic conditions and detected at 356 nm(detection wavelength of formaldehyde-2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone)and 262 nm(detection wavelength of methylbenzene).The results showed that the recovery rate of hexamethylene tetramine was 87.8%-89.4%,RSD was 3.79%,and the detection limit was 0.159μg/kg.The method eliminated the steps of traditional extraction or rotary evaporation to extract hexamethylene tetramine,reduced the loss of hexamethylene tetramine,made the detection data more real and effective,and met the requirements of evaluation criteria for food detection methods.
