摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新时代赋予我国高等教育新的历史使命,也对高等教育人才培养和大学学习指导工作提出了许多新要求和新挑战,创新大学学习指导正是全面提高人才培养能力和人才培养质量的内在要求。长沙学院在创新学习指导、提高人才培养能力方面进行了初步的探索与改革实践,创建了"四平台+四载体"学习指导服务体系,取得了预期成效。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the higher education of our country has been granted a historic mission which in turn poses new demands and challenges for both the talent cultivation and academic advising.The innovation of academic advising is the inherent requirement for the enhancement of the capacity and quality of talent cultivation in colleges.Changsha University has taken initiatives theoretically as well as practically to develop academic advising to improve its ability of talent training,and has achieved the expected goal by establishing an academic advising service system characteristic of"Four Contexts and Four Operations".
